  Place the unused products in their original brand packaging, ensuring the seals are intact and all protective wrapping is included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our beauty experts verify the condition of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
